BUYING MOMENT

When two sales channels want the same unit at the same time.

A chat message or spreadsheet mark cannot safely decide who may proceed. Deal Control creates one active commitment and records every approval, release and expiry.

Questions about Deal Control.

Can two buyers hold the same unit?

No. Commitment creation is controlled against current state so only one active commitment can receive approval.

Does Switchouse collect or hold buyer funds?

No. Switchouse controls operational state and evidence. It does not collect funds, provide escrow or replace legal registration systems.

What happens when a hold expires?

The expiry is recorded, the commitment is released and the resulting unit state can return to every authorised surface.
